Material is 304L Stainless Steel, 1mm wall thickness. Tubes are full mandrel bent on an all-electric CNC tube bender, to minimize clamping or forming marks, inspected via electronic optical inspection to CAD. Tube ends are cut to length and deburred for a clean, perpendicular end condition. Material is mill-finish and ready for welding and any desired post-weld finishing (polish, sandblast, ceramic coating, etc).
